Karl Lueders is a Realtor with The Kentwood Company at Cherry Creek, we were unfortunate enough to purchase a home with him as our buyer agent and The Kentwood Company at Cherry Creek as our Real Estate Brokerage. Our opinion of what transpired is that Karl Lueders wanted to make the sale no matter what it took. The particular property we purchased had a $1000 bonus to have it under contract by a certain date, a date which he met. He had us make a full priced offer under the guise that the home would need no work and was in great condition. Not much could be further from the truth. We have had several licensed contractors out to estimate the costs associated with all the issues and we are looking at nearly $20, 000 in work, this estimate includes materials. Now what you need to know is that $20, 000 is over 10% of the home cost.
We have a long list of items that Karl Lueders or the inspector he referred us to, should have found. We are living in a home with 2 full baths, yet we can only shower or bathe in one because the other has hidden leaks. We have a kitchen that needs to be gutted because of issues with the floor. We have a front door that needs to be replaced as the current door is not safe.
Either Karl Lueders knew the home was not worth what we paid, because he isn’t a competent Realtor, or he knew exactly what he was doing and didn’t represent his client, which makes him unethical. Neither is a good choice.
You are a chicken for posting such rude and mean crap WITHOUT your name. If you had a problem with your professional Realtor, you could have terminated your relationship with him at anytime. You also could have resolved this matter through arbitration or other legal avenues. However, you choose to spew your venom without showing your face. Shameful.

What we are posting isn’t rude and mean, it’s the truth and if Karl doesn’t like people posting the truth then he shouldn’t be lying and misrepresenting his clients. If you took the time to click the “Read more” link you’d see we go into painstaking detail about why we didn’t fire Karl. In fact he came to us hat and hand and said he would change on more than occasion.
Karl knows who is posting this, the Kentwood Company at Cherry Creek knows who is posting this, the only people that need to know who we are, KNOW. This not venom, this is our story, and as a matter of fact we are trying to resolve this with the Kentwood Company at Cherry Creek, and again, you’d know this if you took the time to read.
