Wow, it’s been awhile since we reminded anyone that Karl Lueders Sucks. We’ve been really busy trying to fix the many problems he left us with in the house we bought when Karl Lueders was our buyers agent. But that doesn’t change the fact that he does suck.
He can remove all the inappropriate posts in which he tells the world he’s a gambling, thieving, drinking, pot-smoking, porn fan from his professional blog, where he still refers to those posts as great because they’re “mostly honest,” so he looks like he sucks less. But Karl Lueders has had a property listed at 2749 S. Cook Street in Denver for at least seven months. He has even lowered the price by at least $100K and still it sits.
We know this because on the first day we met with Karl Lueders we commented about how dark the house looked having seen it on his website. He snidely commented about how if we had a million dollars to spend he would show it to us. We assured him that if we had a million dollars to spend we still wouldn’t want it because it looks, at least in the pictures, so damn dark – and besides it’s just not our cup of tea.
We’re not sure how long before that time the house had been on the market, but that was a looong time ago. If real estate is not really sales, it’s more of a “popularity contest,” as Karl Lueders claimed back in those inappropriate posts then he must not be very popular. And why is he not very popular, because Karl Lueders sucks!
