Wow! It’s been a long time since we posted here. Nevertheless, Karl Lueders does still suck!
I think after we received and posted about the Cease & Desist letter we received from Michael Pippenger of Rothgerber Johnson & Lyons whom Karl Lueders retained, we assumed we would be hearing more from him and we would update you about that. But strangely, we realized recently that we haven’t heard anything more since our attorney sent a response.

We asked our attorney what normally happens after that sort of an exchange.. he said either a lawsuit or nothing at all. So I guess that means it’s nothing at all.. apparently Michael R. Pippenger, couldn’t make something out of nothing.
In fairness that doesn’t necessarily make Michael Pippenger or Rothgerber Johnson & Lyons incompetent. Or does it?..
Karl Lueders on the other hand is recycling old boring posts on his blog and still committing the ultimate blogging atrocity.. referring to himself in third person! I’d say that easily equals incompetent.
