Our friend who uses Twitter (we still don’t get it) showed us a recent “tweet” by Karl Lueders that she thought might interest amuse us:
Now of course we can’t know for sure that we are the “two idiots,” in question but for a moment lets assume we are. (It obviously wouldn’t be the first time he assumed we were idiots.)
When we wrote about the previous posts on Karl’s professional real estate blog that addressed controversial issues like racism, we were not saying or even implying that Karl Lueders is a racist. We were simply sharing what we found to be inappropriate language for a realtor affiliated with such a prestigious firm as The Kentwood Company at Cherry Creek, to use on the blog where he is trying to sell upscale homes in the Denver metro area. We read the posts in their entirety, we got the context – well, as best we could. We also encouraged others to read the comments in context, but doing so does not make the terminology any less inappropriate.
We can’t be the only ones who think so… otherwise, why remove the posts? Or maybe the posts were removed because Karl revealed himself as a rather unscrupulous character, with the misogynistic comments, and admitted drinking, pot smoking, gambling, and porn collecting.
Regardless, just for the record, we never said Karl Lueders was a racist.
