We recently received an invitation in the mail to complete a survey for 5280 magazine here in Denver. Residents are familiar with the publications format of featuring “The Best ___ (fill in the blank) In Dever,” whether its restaurants or doctors or what have you. Well apparently later this year they’ll be dedicating an issue to “The Best Realtors in Denver.” They sent the survey to us to participate because we are “recent home buyers”, which does seem odd since its actually been almost two years already (which is really hard to believe). But never have we been more happy to complete and submit a survey and tell them all about our fabulous experience with Karl Lueders and The Kentwood Company at Cherry Creek!
We’re hoping that they might include a small side bar about “the worst realtors in denver,” or maybe even take an interest in our story.
And speaking of surveys… we still haven’t found anybody who found Karl Lueders’ apology to be thoroughly sincere.
